I would be very interested in the last thing you wrote…”How will we evaluate our progress”

Evaluation can be hard at times because you are measuring spiritual things. Any thoughts. I know about measuring numbers ect ect, but anything more. Oh and I know about the measuring fruit. What is your scale of success?

I’m interested in Ben’s question: how do you define (and then measure) success? Also if you could have the planning committee spin counter-clockwise while reading the minutes that would be awesome.

you have a lot of terms to define and then apply, but you’re equal to that task. I should say that the God who has brought you to this point is equal to the task, but then I would have to blame God for your errors ;)

Where are the sacraments and church discipline in necessary elements of a church?
